We also support renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, and biogas, along with power sale arrangements. Our team assists with due diligence, drafting and negotiating sector-specific documentation, regulatory advisory, and guiding clients through bidding, tender, and RFP processes. Sustainability is integrated into our work through carbon market advisory, green credit structuring, and future-ready contractual frameworks.
Oil & Gas (Including LNG)
We have advised and handled transactions in relation to:
- Upstream (exploration and production of oil and gas)
- Midstream (handling crude oil and natural gas and associated infrastructure)
- Downstream (refining facilities, petrochemical facilities and licensing)
- Transportation of natural gas and petroleum products via pipelines, trucks and vessels
We also handle regulatory advisory in relation thereto including matters relating to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) and the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
We have also rendered legal advisory in relation to setting up LNG Terminals (FSRUs and onshore terminals), operating and tolling arrangements with counterparties; setting up aviation fuel farms and preparation and negotiation of O&M Agreements and Aviation fuel supply documents.
